Pea protein powder is made from peas, and we wanted to make sure that only the best quality peas are used in our product.

We source our peas from Canada, where the climate conditions are perfect for a great pea crop. The production process involves raw material selection and cleaning, followed by centrifugal separation, spray drying, metal detection and then packing.

The pea protein is made from field peas, which are the dry kind we make split pea soup with. They come in green and yellow varieties, and are naturally higher in protein (20-25%) than sweet peas (5-6%)—so it’s easier (and less wasteful) to make a protein powder from something that is already pretty high in protein.

We put a lot of thought and care into how we make the product, so when it finally arrives into your home, you get just the pure protein that you were looking for!
